10/100 chance for an Emblem
15/100 chance for any of the three legendary dogs (Entei, Suicune, Raikou) Lvl 5
20/100 chance for any of the (Main) three legendary birds (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres) Lvl 5
40/100 chance for any Shiny/Regular/ect. Legendary Pokemon
60/100 chance for NOTHING

Descrptions about the Raffle

Ho-oh's Feather can be sold to the GAME for 2,000,000 SLC's. (I'm not sure of how valuable an SLC is so you can make changes to that accordingly.) Or sold to another player for a Pokemon/item/SLC's. It also allows you to Create a "Rainbow" icon (Rather Large) on your profile. (Only AFTER beating the Elite Four and obtaining all Pokemon Badges) The rainbow will show other players your skill and Power. (For beating the Gym Leaders and the Elite four) People with the rainbow will be strong and the rainbow icon on there profile will show other members how strong you really are! (Kind of like having a P.hd in real life) Smile

Emblems can be traded PLAYER-To-PLAYER ONLY. Emblems help you find stronger/more rare Pokemon in the Raffle. Emblems also can be used on different Pokemon to randomly change it into Shiny/Silver/ect. The street price for an emblem will be 955,000 SLC's

Not to be rude but shadow coins are quiet special and the chances must be like all simmilar to this equation

1 in 1000000/chances of finding what ever of cours it will be way way way more less than that Razz
