Event 1 is going to be held on the 1st week the RPG is out, you will need to get 2 special items and then go to the ticket maker and the ticket maker will give you an Inferno Ticket and you also need a specific pokemon in slot 1, This Event Ticket will take you to Navel Rock where you can obtain a Ho-oh in all diffrent type's.
